Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from PESCADOTES. Please note that your use of PESCADOTES constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected] and provide your transaction ID number.
Domestic (USA) - $6 Flat Rate Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for the flat rate of $6. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week or purchase.
International
At this point in time we do not ship internationally.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on PESCADOTES, we cannot guarantee product availability and products. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final- no refunds granted and no returns honored. Defective items will be accepted for exchange within 7 days from which the shipment is received. We require that customers notify [email protected] of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on PESCADOTES. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
